Today’s Flash

This weekend’s flash prompt was “a red moon.”

I’ve been thinking about the Angel of Grief (see the statue’s photo here)

I’ve been mulling a story idea where an alien culture comes to take feelings and memories from humans, it is forced, somehow. I had a vision of an egg, pearlescent walls, the humans forced to emote & give to the walls.

I put it together into a 750 word story just now, almost took the whole 90 minutes.

We’ll see if anyone likes it over at Liberty Hall!
